This step may seem boring, but it’s critical for clear feedback communication. It’s not the agency’s or freelancer’s job to interpret whose opinion in your business carries the most weight or decipher contradictory comments. Get your directions straight before passing them on.
This is spot on. Many clients don't know how to manage agencies / freelancers. At my agency we insist on clients collating their feedback before sending it across, as we have limited amends allowed in our scopes of work. It's not perfect, but it certainly cuts out a lot of pain.
